A Sign of the Times.

With temperatures in the high 90's, Cassady is looking for a spot to cool off. This should do it... Oh, you thought she was a dog? Some people say she is, but we think of her as our post-menopausal baby.

In the picture on the right, we are at the vets for her annual physical and vaccinations. The vet is checking out the other end while his assistant and I keep Cassady calm.
A ROMP IN THE BUSHES...

Meg showed up during one of my Harvard Square art/clay projects. She was visiting Cambridge for a class reunion. A wild and crazy gal who said she'd partied back stage with rock bands. And then she gave me a peek at that sort of thing...

40th Birthday Party

These two were taken at Edwin's 40th Birthday Party, March 3, 1984. That's Edwin and Lotti in the left picture, Linda and Edwin in the right picture. In the left picture you can see my creepy hand on Edwin's right shoulder. This is the party where Cynthia and Linda met. Cynthia wore a thin, pink, silk dress, designed for summer wear. It was winter and cold. Linda made her now famouse remark, "Sometimes I wear a summer dress in the winter, to." They have been mortal fashion enemies since that day.

MACHINES

It must be a guy thing. The MSSO is not all that interested in machines. And neither are most ladies. The guts of a copy machine.

This scene transpired at a Dorchester Only Party, June 8, 1988. Cheryl was replacing the liner of a garbage can while standing in Ballet Position Number 1. From this photo I made the accompanying painting, acrylic on canvas, approximately life-size.

The Cat is Outta the Bag!

Sarah sent me the bag/briefcase. She was into giving me presents. We met over the Internet. Then she started calling. Quite a gal. The cat, on the other hand, just happened to live on a street I walked down on the way to and from places. He had no idea that, in one of the many briefcase pockets, was a pair of black, silk, frilly underewear, probably Sarah's. Found them one day after deciding to finally look through all various pockets and slots. That briefcase is now long worn out. The underwear, on the other hand, are now safely tucked away in my new briefcase...

HARVARD SQUARE TART

This tart walked around Harvard Square for a couple of years, then just seemed to disappear. She was also loud--but none of the guys seemed to mind. Come back, little Sheba! Picture taken August 1994.

Some family...

Niece Mitzee (shortly after four years in the Army), mom, daughter Cheyenne (currently training for the Honolulu Marathon), and a dog named Dog. Polaroid, May 1990.

The Magnificent Cynthia - GREATLY Magnified

Cynthia as seen through the large magnifying lens hanging in the Harvard Science Center, Cambridge.

Bedtime Snacks

So what's your title for this picture? Days of wine and peppers?
